Hello! I am Samantha White. Sadieville became home for my family two years ago and we have loved every moment of living in this special little town. My husband is a school teacher and I have been fortunate to stay home with our two boys. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with my BA in English with an Emphasis in Professional Writing. Last year, I decided to go back to school to obtain my MS in Library and Information Sciences at UK. It’s a pleasure to serve my Sadieville community. Please never hesitate to reach out!
I was born in Cynthiana, Kentucky. I attended Sadieville Elementary and graduated from Scott County High School, class of 1985. I married a Lexington boy, moved back to Sadieville in 1996 and have been here ever since, I will probably be buried in Sadieville. I am proud of my hometown!

I retired with a background in law enforcement before beginning a second career at Toyota Motor, KY. I retired from TMMK in 2020 and currently teach at the University of Kentucky. My role there is to consult with many different types of organizations, teaching lean manufacturing. My wife and I built a home and moved to Sadieville in October 2021. We have fallen in love with this community. I’m blessed to serve the residents of Sadieville. My goal is to improve and sustain this beautiful city we call home. You will find that I have an open-door policy with transparency to serve you as a public servant.

Sadieville has been my home for fifteen years, my farm is my heaven on earth. It has allowed me to live my dream of being with my horses everyday. I was born in Somerset, grew up in NKY, graduated from WKU in Bowling Green and moved to Central KY in 1998. I love Sadieville and there is no place I would rather live. Thank you for the honor and privilege of serving you and this wonderful city. As citizens we know how special Sadieville is and together we can show everyone else.
